Where We Ship
The United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally yet.
Processing and Delivery
In-stock orders ship within 3 business days of payment. Pre-orders ship by the date shown at checkout. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after that. Those windows are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Pre-orders
A pre-order is charged in full when you place it and ships by the date shown at checkout. If that date is going to slip, we email you the new date before the old one passes, and you can cancel for a full refund. You can also cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships by emailing [email protected].
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on orders of two or more boxes and on every bundle, anywhere we ship. A single box ships for $8.50. Checkout shows the total before you pay, and you will never be charged a shipping cost you did not see there.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If tracking has not moved for five business days, contact us and we will open a trace or reship.
Returns
Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Because this is a consumable, opened boxes cannot be resold and cannot be returned - but if a box is defective or arrived damaged, that is not a return, it is a replacement, and we will send one.
How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number before sending anything back. Returns received without prior contact take significantly longer to refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives.
